Sarah Beatty Buller is a creative strategist and a mission driven builder. Her professional experiences include 30+ years in leadership roles as a corporate media executive, entrepreneur, brand marketer, retailer and builder. Sarah marvels at how, in just 20 years, technology has dramatically shifted the corporate consumer paradigm, the supply chain, and human interaction.
She asserts the practice of “Ethos” is sorely lacking in corporate America. "Ethos is like the soul, the embodiment of an organization's philosophy and character." Sarah suggests the tenents of biomimicry can be applied to help overcome the systemic cultural & operational challenges corporations now face. “As we move from the Information Age to the Experience Age, a strong ethos is more essential. Those who embrace a human centered, environmental methodology and "walk the walk" will rise."
